"I can not say enough good things about this office. Any issue we've ever had whether it be filing a claim or understanding a policy they have gone out of their way to help us, above and beyond. In a world where customer service is lacking in so many areas, they set the bar for how people should be treated. In particularly, Michelle, in the office is incredibly personable and empathetic. She has always made us feel like we were friends, not customers and has taken care of us as such. Even in dealing with a personal issue that turned our lives upside down, she did everything to help us navigate circumstances and then personally reached out to make sure we were ok and check in. You definitely get what you pay for with this office and I am incredibly thankful for the service that they provide, our lives have been very stressful over the last year and they have done everything they can to take some of it off our plate. "There claims department is a horrible mess my 2019 Nissan Sentra was in a deer accident 03/29/2024 was towed to Gerber collision a couple days later and ever since then it’s been estimate pending ever since then and called claims department several times with no response directly to voicemail every time I try to call my claims person ,after this episode I’m using a different insurance company ."

"Very unpleasant - Michele was short and rude on the phone, I was calling into to talk with Margaret (who is very nice) I was told she was on a conference call, I said no worries I'll call back, but 'Michelle' basically forced me into a conversation with her, and I did not want to, so I'm not allowed to talk with MY agent who I actually prefer?? Michelle was not pleasant at all, was rude to talk to, and did NOT help me. Basically my rates are increasing, I was told I would be notified (by my agent) if my policy would be increasing, when I got the policy general paperwork I called in to check on it on Monday, it's now Friday, a whole week has passed, and I had to call back to them to check in again. I am not impressed, I am not happy."
